Despite cold weather, snowfall, and blizzard-like conditions, an outdoor educational event in Cēsis was successfully carried out on 13 February 2026 within the Interreg Central Baltic project “Introduction of Nature and Culture Sites for Locals and Visitors” (INACS).

A cross-country skiing trail has been created in the Turaida Museum Reserve, and it will be available to visitors starting January 10 during museum opening hours, provided weather conditions are suitable.
